Teneisha Brown

Teneisha Brown is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, communications, and external relations. Currently serving as the Programs and Communications Manager at The Strengths Lab since March 2018, Teneisha has focused on content creation and marketing efforts to engage students and partners. As the External Relations Coordinator for the Consortium for School Networking since October 2016, Teneisha has contributed to the sponsorship program's success through effective collaboration and prospectus development. In addition, Teneisha has held the role of Operations Associate at BSI Financial Services since September 2014, where analysis of Broker Price Opinion results aids in decision-making regarding mortgage loans. As the Founder and Director of 'Cause I Care since August 2014, Teneisha leads initiatives to support at-risk teens in the Greater Landover area. Early career experience includes serving as a Family Services/Pre-planning Specialist at Harmony Memorial Park, focusing on compassionate client interactions. Teneisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from Frostburg State University.
