FOO Siang Hwee's education history includes a degree in Life from the Society University, starting in 1976. They later obtained a Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic, completing their studies in 1999. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in different fields, including renovation, ISO training, environmental management, and construction safety.
