Currently serving as a Global Associate Talent Acquisition Partner at BSI since June 2022, Michelle has successfully strategized and executed recruitment initiatives across multiple regions while leveraging market insights. Prior roles include Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator at BSI, Human Resources Director at The Goddard School, and Assistant Director of Operations at Childtime Learning Center, where Michelle was instrumental in managing the talent acquisition process and enhancing employee support.
