Jennifer Phillips Beck

Jennifer Phillips Beck has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jennifer is currently serving as the President of Bspoke Title Holdings since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Key Title Group starting from April 2018.

Jennifer also worked as a Business Development Officer at Texas National Title from June 2017 to April 2018. Before that, they served as a Business Development Officer at Stewart Title formerly Gracy Title from June 2016 to June 2017. In this role, they focused on building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers, demonstrating knowledge of products and services, and developing sales opportunities.

Jennifer's experience in the technology sector includes working as a Customer Success Manager at Informatica from October 2011 to June 2016. Here, they managed the onboarding process for new customers, enhanced their Informatica Cloud skillsets, and assisted with identifying use-cases for the product.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer held various roles at Sprint, GTE Internet Markets, and MCI. Jennifer worked as a National Account Manager at both Sprint (2000-2005) and GTE Internet Markets (1998-2000). At MCI, they served as a GTE Account Manager (1996-1998), Custom Networks Engineer (1995-1996), and Contracts Specialist (1993-1995).

Jennifer Phillips Beck attended Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business from 1989 to 1993 and obtained a BBA in Marketing and Management. Prior to that, they attended Westlake High School from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer obtained several certifications, including being a Peak Producers Facilitator from Buffini & Company, a Certified Customer Success Executive from Gainsight, and a Licensed Texas Realtor from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
