Akshara Reddy's work experience includes holding the role of Senior Vice President of Consumer Health Solutions at Baylor Scott & White Health since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Vori Health from 2021 to 2023. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where they held various positions including Executive Director, Head of Strategic Programs & Digital Health, Senior Director, Head of Integrated Consumer Experience, Joint Ventures, Director, Strategy & Product Management, Joint Ventures, and Product Head, Care Management, Accountable Care Solutions. Before joining Aetna, they were a Senior Consultant at Arcadia Solutions from 2010 to 2013. Akshara also worked as an Associate Consultant in User Behavior Insights at eBay and Intersect Solutions from 2009 to 2010.

Akshara Reddy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Wharton School, with a concentration in Finance and Management. Akshara also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from both the University of Missouri-Kansas City and Drake University. Additionally, Akshara has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida, where they studied Computer Science and Pre-Med.
