Jason L. Patak

Jason L. Patak, CHC, currently serves as Senior Project Manager in Design & Construction Project Management at Baylor Scott & White Health since April 2023. Previously, Jason held the position of Director of Preconstruction and Cost Management at DAVACO from April 2021 to February 2023, where key responsibilities included oversight of a 13-member Cost Management staff and management of the bidding processes. From November 2017 to March 2021, Jason worked as Director of Preconstruction at SDB Contracting Services, focusing on client acquisition and estimating. Other notable roles include Project Director for McKinstry, Senior Program Manager at Parkland Hospital, and Project Manager at CB Richard Ellis, among others. Jason holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington.
