Jeff D Hinkel Sr BS RN has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Jeff D has held various management positions in different organizations. From 1995 to 2002, they worked at Baylor Health Care System as an RN Assistant Manager of Emergency Services. Jeff D then joined Medical Center At Lancaster as Director of Critical Care/Emergency Services from 2002 to 2005. After that, they returned to Baylor Health Care System and served as Director of Medical Staff Training from 2006 to 2007. In 2004, they became Manager of Clinical Quality/Risk Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health, where they later became the Interim Director before leaving for a promotional position in 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as Senior Director of Quality Risk at a Physician Owned Acute Care Hospital. In 2016, they joined National Cardiovascular Partners, LP as the Regional Vice President of Operations, a position that was eventually eliminated after the operations were sold. Currently, since 2017, they serve as the Chief Quality Officer/Risk Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health, overseeing multiple departments and administrative responsibilities for a 25 bed Surgical Hospital.

Jeff D Hinkel Sr has a Master's Degree in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University. Jeff D also holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology/Forensics from Abilene Christian University. In addition, they have an Associate Degree of Science in Nursing from Dallas College and an Associate Degree of Science in Criminology from Dallas College. Jeff also has certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS, although the institutions and dates of obtaining these certifications are not specified.
