Jessica Nguyen

Jessica Nguyen, OTR, is an Acute Care Occupational Therapist at Baylor Scott & White Health since March 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Occupational Therapy Doctoral Capstone Student at Galveston Urban Ministries, where Jessica developed a mental health program for low-income adolescents and facilitated group interventions. As a Level II Occupational Therapy Student at MD Anderson Cancer Center, evaluations and interventions were provided for patients in specialized care, along with collaboration in a multidisciplinary team and development of patient resources. Additional experience at Clear Creek Independent School District involved working with special education students, presenting educational reports, and creating resources for therapeutic interventions. Jessica holds a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Bryn Mawr College.
