Lilian Camps

Lilian Camps has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lilian began their career as a Senior Accountant at First American Financial Corporation, where they were responsible for preparing and distributing financials for three entities. Lilian then moved on to Nature's Formula, where they served as the Controller and led accounting, payroll, operations, and IT departments. Lilian played a crucial role in executing year-end close processes and preparing for the company's first external audit and funding round. After that, Lilian joined Merritt Hawkins as an Assistant Controller, managing corporate finance and accounting. Currently, they are working at Baylor Scott & White Health, where they have held various roles. As a Senior Accountant, Lilian managed financial reporting for The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano and The Heart Hospital Baylor Denton, driving cost reporting activities and implementing process improvements. Lilian then worked as a Senior Financial Advisor in the Government Financial Analysis and Government Finance Reporting departments, where they prepared annual cost reports, performed budget analysis, and identified process improvement initiatives. Currently, they hold the role of Finance Services Team Lead and Reimbursement Team Lead at Baylor Scott & White Health.
