Roger McCoy

Roger McCoy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service management. Currently serving as the National Operations Manager and Insurance Delivery Manager at BT Financial Group since April 2010, Roger McCoy oversees the Super and Insurance Service Centre, focusing on superior customer service, estates and claims management, and business improvement. Prior to this role, Roger McCoy worked at GE Capital from January 2003 to November 2010 as a Team Manager, leading a Customer Solutions Team and enhancing customer experience through compliance monitoring and coaching.
