Currently serving as the National Operations Manager for Commercial Performance at The AA since June 2018, Mark oversees a large team responsible for roadside breakdown and recovery services. Prior to this role, Mark held leadership positions at Thames Water, managing significant operational and project portfolios. Early career experiences include senior management roles within Eurocarparks and APCOA Parking, alongside responsibilities at BAA and Royal Mail. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies from Leeds Beckett University.
