Erin Kennedy

Erin Kennedy has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as a Senior Manager at BT Ireland since October 2015, where roles have included Head of Enterprise Inside Sales and Senior Corporate Account Manager. Previous positions include TAM Sales Manager at Telefónica Ireland and SMB Sales Manager at eircom/eMobile. Additional experience includes a Team Leader role at Capita on behalf of eircom and Consumer Telesales at eircom. Erin holds a Diploma in Management Coaching and Mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute and a Bachelor of Business Studies in Management from the Institute of Technology, Sligo.
