Justin Pineda

Justin Pineda is a seasoned Senior Helpdesk Engineer at Business Technology Partners, LLP, since March 2015, specializing in proactive desktop support for small to mid-sized businesses through various communication channels. Prior to this role, Justin worked at The Hill Group as an I.T. Help Desk specialist from June 2010 to February 2015. Additionally, Justin gained experience as an Imaging Intern at the Municipal Employees Annuity and Benefit Fund of Chicago in June 2008, contributing to a project aimed at digitizing accounting documents. Justin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Technology and a minor in Communication from Northeastern Illinois University, attended from 2010 to 2014, and previously studied at Oakton College and Notre Dame College Prep from 2006 to 2010.
