Darryl Beckford

Darryl Beckford currently serves as the Director of Architecture for Consumer at BT Group, overseeing architecture for BT, EE, and Plusnet since November 2023. Prior to this role, Darryl was the Chief Architect for eCommerce and Digital at John Lewis Partnership from July 2019 to November 2023. Darryl founded Darryl Beckford Limited, a consulting provider offering process and technology-centric services from September 2004 to July 2019, supporting various clients including The AA and O2. Other notable positions include Head of Architecture at KCOM, Enterprise Architect at Bupa, and owner of CallCentreVoice.com. Additionally, Darryl served as a Councillor for Cheshire East Borough Council from 2008 to 2011, engaging in initiatives for local community improvement, and worked as a freelance journalist for Call Centre Focus, providing product reviews in the industry.
