Dinesh Gottipati

Dinesh Gottipati is an accomplished leader in service management and platform engineering, currently serving as the Head of ServiceNow Centre of Excellence and Platform Engineering at BT Group since March 2015. Dinesh has driven significant transformation initiatives across the organization, developing product visions and roadmaps, and collaborating with top customers. Previously held positions include Principal Solutions Architect at BT, where Dinesh led strategic tool selection and modernization efforts, and Engineering Platforms Manager, successfully managing service management platforms and migrating numerous customers. Dinesh's experience spans project management at HCL Technologies, product development at BMC Software, ITSM consulting at Logica, and service management implementation at Wipro Limited. Dinesh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
