Jess McKenna

Jess McKenna is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head Of Product Design and Research for Etc.Health at BT Group since January 2022. Previously, Jess held multiple design leadership roles at Push Doctor from September 2017 to December 2021, including Head Of Design, Senior Product Designer, Product Designer, and UX/UI Designer. Additional experience includes a role as Digital Designer at IRIS Software Group and Eque2 Ltd, along with earlier positions in web and graphic design at Sage, Expotel, i-Cam, IPM, and as a freelance Graphic Designer for House of Fraser. Jess earned a 2:1 degree in Graphic Design from Blackpool School of Art and Design between 2004 and 2007.
