Matthew Key

Matthew Key is an independent non-executive director at BT and has been with the company since 2003 in various innovation-focused roles. Matthew is currently the head of customer innovation for financial services, a position they have held since 2015. In this role, Key is responsible for identifying and developing new technologies and trends for the financial sector. Matthew has also held the positions of principal innovation consultant and senior innovation manager at BT.

Matthew Key completed a non executive directors seminar at Cranfield School of Management. Matthew then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cranfield MBA Cranfield School of Management. Lastly, they completed their BA (HONS) in Management Science with Computing from the University of Kent.
