Neerav Shah

Neerav Shah currently holds the position of Principal at Korn Ferry since September 2022. Prior to this, Neerav served as a Reward Consultant at Aon from November 2021 to July 2022 and worked as a Senior Consultant at ECA International from February 2015 to October 2021, where responsibilities included advising on global mobility and international reward across various sectors. Neerav has also held roles in international HR and global mobility for companies such as TIBCO Software Inc., Bosch, Siemens, The Trojans Trust, Capita, Cerebrus Consultants, and ICICI Bank, covering a wide range of functions from expatriate management to training and development. Neerav's educational background includes an MBA in HR & Personnel Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University.
