Osita Madu is a seasoned professional in diversity and inclusion with over 10 years of experience across various sectors, including public and private organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Inclusion Business Partner at BT Group since June 2024, Osita has developed and implemented numerous initiatives aimed at fostering inclusive cultures and addressing systemic inequities. Previously, Osita held senior roles at HS2 Ltd, including Senior EDI Manager and Head of EDI, where responsibilities included leading a team and influencing stakeholders.
