Sakshi Saxena is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Talent, Performance and Inclusion Lead at BT Group since March 2023, Sakshi previously held multiple positions at OYO, including Senior Manager - Human Resources and Global Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Specialist. Prior experience includes an HR Business Partner role at InterGlobe Enterprises and serving as Assistant Manager for Future Group India's Easy Day. Sakshi began the career with an internship conducting a Time and Motion Study for Big Bazaar. An M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and a B.Sc. in Electronics from SGTB Khalsa College, University of Delhi, underpin Sakshi's strong academic foundation.
