Shanthi Nachiappan

Shanthi Nachiappan is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data quality, governance, and analytics across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Data Quality and Governance Manager at BT since April 2022, Shanthi drives data integrity across the consumer data estate in GCP and leads innovative data capability enhancements, mentorship of data professionals, and ISO 9001 auditing processes. Previously, at Scholl, as Group Head of Data Migration, Shanthi developed strategies for a successful transition from SAP to Infor M3. During the tenure at PRÆSIDIAD as Director Head of Data Engineering and AI Analytics, contributions included establishing a data analytics platform and building an AI Center of Excellence. Additional roles in data analytics, business intelligence, and IT leadership at Selecta, PDCT, MeDiNova Research España, and Fujitsu Software have further solidified Shanthi's expertise. Shanthi holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from Queen Mary University of London.
