Vicki Lahlum has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at BTD since August 2000, where responsibilities include leadership and coordination of all HR functions as well as the development and implementation of corporate HR strategies. Vicki has also held the position of Human Resources Manager at BTD, focusing on the development of HR policies across various areas including employment, employee relations, and safety. Prior to BTD, Vicki was the Owner of Jet Line Sewer Cleaning, a family business involved in the cleaning and inspection of municipal sewer and water lines. Vicki's educational background includes a degree in Business Management from MSCTC and training in HR and legal secretary programs from Minneapolis College.
