Natália Stefanon

Natália Stefanon is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology management and software engineering. Currently serving as Director and IT Manager at BTG Pactual since February 2022, Natália has previously held various roles within the same company, including IT Specialist and Associate Director from January 2015 to August 2021. Prior to this, Natália worked as Tech Manager at Gupy and as a Senior Software Engineer at CI&T. Early career roles included Systems Analyst positions at Prosper Corretora and Diários Associados, among others. Natália holds an MBA in Project Management from Centro Universitário de Volta Redonda and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the same institution.
