Victor Ferreira

Victor Ferreira is an accomplished Executive Director and Head of Learning and Development (L&D) at BTG Pactual, focusing on the Registered Investment Advisors and Broker-Dealers Initiative since February 2020. Previously, Ferreira led L&D initiatives for Bayer Crop Science in Latin America, notably creating and launching the Portal FieldView, and has extensive experience in training financial advisors at XP Inc. With a strong sales background at Prudential Financial, Novartis, IBM, and Embelleze, Ferreira has also built key relationships with medical professionals throughout his career. Ferreira is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Learning at FGV EAESP and has completed several postgraduate programs in Neuroscience, Learning Neuroscience, and critical thinking.
