Kristen Dyer

Kristen Dyer is a seasoned professional in business operations and administration, currently serving as the Chief of Business Operations in Investment Banking at BTIG since November 2018. Previously, Kristen held the role of Executive Assistant in Mergers and Acquisitions at BTIG and worked as a Visual Designer and Brand Strategist as a freelancer. Kristen's extensive experience includes serving as Senior Administrative Assistant to the Global Head and COO of Johnson & Johnson Innovation, JLABS, and prior roles with the California State Assembly as an Executive and Office Administrator, as well as managing a clinic at Toccare. Early career experience includes teaching at Primrose School of Briargate. Kristen Dyer is an alumna of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
