Preslava Rusanova

Preslava Rusanova has a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Gabrovo and a High School Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the Vocational High School of Tourism "Pencho Semov." Since June 2016, Preslava has been employed as a Technical Support Specialist at BTL Industries Bulgaria, working in an international service center, providing customer support, and managing an ERP system. Prior to this role, Preslava served as a Quality Control Specialist at BTL Industries, testing finished devices and identifying defects. Earlier experience includes working as an Assembly Worker at STS Electronics, specializing in the manual assembly and testing of proximity sensors and electronic devices.
