Sheven Irving

Sheven Irving has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sheven started their career as a Supervisor at GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA, INC in 2014, where they oversaw a team of warehouse production staff and cashiers. Sheven was responsible for coaching and training, as well as daily reconciliation and cash balancing.

In 2015, Sheven joined Brennan's Catering & Banquet Center as a Reservations Specialist. Here, they were in charge of strategic bookings and organizing a comprehensive floor layout to maximize business use. Sheven also built relationships with guests to drive repeat business.

During the same period, Sheven also worked as a Taskforce Front Office Supervisor at Bluegreen Vacations. In this role, they trained and onboarded new associates, tracked revenue, and generated performance reports. Sheven was also responsible for scheduling coaching sessions.
