Aigerim Kydyralina

Aigerim Kydyralina has a diverse work experience in various roles. Aigerim is currently employed as a Senior Business Analyst at BTSDigital since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a System Analyst at KOMPRA from March 2021 to July 2022. Aigerim also served as a Business Analyst at KazDream Technologies LLC from September 2020 to March 2021. Aigerim had a significant tenure at РГП на ПХВ "Республиканский центр электронного здравоохранения" МЗ РК, where they held positions as Lead Project Manager from January 2016 to January 2019 and Project Manager from November 2014 to the present. Additionally, they worked as a Business Analyst at Digital Healthcare Ecosystem "Damumed" from October 2011 to November 2014.

Aigerim Kydyralina obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Automation and Management from L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University in the period from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they completed a certification in Analysis of requirements for automated information systems from NOU INTUIT. Aigerim also obtained a certification in UML 2 language in the analysis and design of software systems and business processes from NOU INTUIT during the same year. In 2016, they completed a certification in Effective Thinking Techniques from Almaty Management University (AlmaU). In 2019, they obtained a certification in Project Management from EY Academy of Business. Furthermore, in 2020, they completed a certification in Agile and Scrum in project and product development from Coursera. Most recently, in 2023, they acquired a certification in Data Analysis and Visualization with Microsoft Power BI from DataBoom.kz.
