Ainur Rakhisheva has a diverse work experience. Ainur started their career at Haileybury Almaty in 2008, where they served as an Assistant Manager. During their time there, they implemented strategies to improve the social and academic development of children, managed translation projects, and coordinated business trips and meetings.

In 2011, Ainur joined METRO Kazakhstan as an Assistant of Food Category Manager. Ainur was responsible for developing and controlling promotional activities in 8 stores, collaborating with well-known brands to execute successful campaigns, and conducting market analysis to identify consumer trends and competitor strategies.

In 2013, Ainur moved to Samsung Electronics and worked in various roles. As a Project Manager in the CIS region, they successfully planned and executed the opening of brand shops and special brand zones. Ainur collaborated with multiple agencies to ensure seamless execution of projects and fostered strong partnerships. Later, as a Senior Marketing Manager, they played a crucial role in driving brand expansion and market presence in Central Asia and Mongolia.

Since 2018, Ainur has been working at BTSDigital as a Marketing Project Manager and is currently serving as a Marketing Product Manager. In these roles, they have led and managed digital projects, coordinated the creation of digital content, overseen communications with agencies, and achieved cost savings through budget negotiation. Additionally, they have organized IT conferences and built relationships with Astana Hub IT technopark.

Ainur Rakhisheva has a diverse educational background. Ainur began their education in 2004 at the Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Philology, with a focus on English. Ainur completed their bachelor's degree in 2008.

Following their undergraduate studies, Ainur pursued higher education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from KIMEP University. Ainur'sMBA specialization was in Finance and Marketing, and they attended KIMEP from 2008 to 2011.

In 2023, Ainur enrolled in an online course called "Code in Place" offered by Stanford University. The course focused on the fundamentals of python programming, providing their with essential skills in this area of study.

Additionally, Ainur obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Ainur completed the "Code in Place" certification from Stanford University in June 2023. In November 2022, they acquired the certification for "What is the Metaverse?" from Coursera. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in project management, including "Project Management Foundations" from LinkedIn Learning 2 in October 2022 and "Foundations of Project Management" from Coursera in May 2022.

Ainur also has certifications in digital skills and marketing. Ainur completed the "Basic Principles of Business and Entrepreneurship" program offered by The Coca-Cola Company in April 2022. In 2020, they obtained various digital skills certifications, including "Digital Skills: Mobile" and "DIGITAL SKILLS: DIGITAL MARKETING" from Accenture, "DIGITAL SKILLS: SOCIAL MEDIA" from Accenture, and "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage. Additionally, they obtained the "Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate" certification from Facebook in May 2020.
