Dima Pilipenko's work experience is as follows:

- Senior Software Developer at BTSDigital from January 2019 to present. Responsibilities included mentoring, development, testing, and prototyping of a country-wise mobile payment system using technologies such as Kotlin/Java8-11, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Akka, Rabbit, and postgresql.

- Senior Software Engineer at Lineate (Formerly Thumbtack Technology) from December 2014 to December 2018. Worked on a Hybris company (purchased by SAP company in 2016) as a Senior Java developer. Responsibilities included trainee mentoring, monitoring pet projects, scrum basics teaching, board management, code review, and developer and release master for Hybris. Achievements include making improvements in a complicated product, analyzing GDPR requirements, implementing a long-term and flexible solution for consent management, and providing long-term support for assisted service and customer ticketing modules.

- Java Regular Developer at Luxoft in September 2014. Worked on desktop app development in the banking area.

- Server-side scala developer at JamHub Corp. from December 2013 to September 2014. Worked on a POC webstore and developed an aggregation-engine for Amazon and eBay lots.

- Java Developer at ONIIP from August 2011 to August 2014. Worked on desktop applications and server-side hi-load dsp.

Dima Pilipenko completed their Bachelor's degree in Theoretical and Applied Physics from Omsk State University (OSU) in 2011. Dima continued their education at OSU and obtained a Master's degree in the same field in 2013.
