Kris Kent

Kris Kent is an experienced leadership and sales coach currently serving as an Associate Coach at BTS since November 2021 and a Leadership Coach at Torch since April 2021, where a unique platform combines human insight and technology for leadership development. Previously, Kris held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Liquidmetal Technologies from September 2018 to August 2019, focusing on global markets for advanced metal components, and served a similar role at Bi-Link from July 2013 to August 2018, contributing to significant business growth for major clients. Kris also has extensive experience at Bi-Link in various roles from 1999 to 2013, including Director of Corporate Business Development and Director of Asian Business Development, alongside a tenure as General Manager for Asia Pacific at Cincinnati Milacron from 1986 to 1999. Educational qualifications include an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and an Integral Coaching Certification from New Ventures West.
