Suzanne Bates

Suzanne Bates is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in leadership, advisory services, and journalism. Currently serving as Partner Emeritus at BTS, a global professional services firm, Suzanne drives growth in the executive advisory practice and has P&L responsibility for a multi-million dollar line of business. Prior to joining BTS in 2021, Suzanne founded and led Bates, a firm dedicated to leadership and communication advisory services for senior executives in the U.S. Suzanne's early career includes significant roles as a news anchor and reporter at various prominent television stations, where notable achievements include being the first woman to anchor news in several markets and contributing to award-winning journalism. Suzanne holds a BS in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
