Vanessa Lin

Vanessa Lin, MBA, CPCC, PCC, currently serves as the Director, Leadership and Coach, and DEI lead for BTS Central since June 2022. As the owner of Vanessa Lin Photography since July 2008, Vanessa specializes in portrait and event photography. Previous experience includes Director of Diversity + Inclusion at Danaher Corporation from August 2021 to June 2022, and several leadership roles at Esko | Brand Solutions and Blue Software. Early career highlights include positions at 1WorldSync and USF, focusing on EDI coordination and implementation. Vanessa holds a BS in Computer Information Systems and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from DePaul University.
