Chia Chi (Isa) Hsu is an experienced professional with a background in payment operations, product management, and supply chain logistics. Currently serving as a Senior Payment Operation Associate at BTSE since October 2024, Chia Chi previously held the role of Sales and Product Manager at PayStage, where leadership of a cross-functional team resulted in a significant reduction of human error through a global prepaid card launch. Earlier experience includes managing global exhibitions at RC Pay, enhancing logistics efficiency as a Supply Chain Planning Senior Specialist at Synnex Group, and overseeing shoe production at 阿瘦實業股份有限公司.
