Winston Dumas

Winston Dumas is an experienced professional with a background in counseling, case management, and leadership in various organizations. Currently serving as a PRP counselor at BTST Services since June 2023, Winston also holds the position of Co-CEO and Director of Strategic Partnerships at Power Sports Management LLC since September 2021. Previous roles include Family Service Case Manager at Potomac Case Management Services, Site Coordinator at Bester Community of Hope, and Program Lead at the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County. Winston's experience in youth development is further supported by positions as a Behavior Specialist in the Chambersburg Area School District, Director of Scouting at U-Sports, and Vice President/Northeast Regional Scout Director at the North American Scouting Bureau.
