Catherine Searby has a wealth of experience in operations and people management. catherine began their career in 2005 as a Technical Assistant at Sumners Post Production House. In 2007, they took on an internship at MARTIN PARR PHOTOGRAPHY LLP, followed by a role as Studio Manager at ustwo. catherine then moved up to Senior Operations Manager, Lead Operations Manager and Commercial Manager at ustwo. In 2022, Catherine joined komoot as People and Organisation Manager, and also took on the role of Business Operations Director at Bttr., supporting the team of entrepreneurs, innovators and designers across all areas of Business Ops and People.

Catherine Searby attended Manchester Metropolitan University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a BA (Hons) in Film and Media Studies with Photography, specializing in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
