Jocelyn McArthur has over 20 years of professional experience in the arts and culture sector. Jocelyn began their career as an Intern at the Aldrich Museum of Contemporary Art in 2000. Jocelyn then moved on to become a Gallery Intern at Mercury Art Works in 2006. From 2007 to 2009, they were an Art Consultant/Project Manager at Novo Arts, Inc. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as the Regional Director for American Photographic Artists. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Academician Membership and Educational Program Manager at the National Academy Museum and School of Fine Arts. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Sales and Operations Manager at Art+Culture Projects. Finally, they have been a Senior Project Manager at Kate Verner + Associates since 2017, and will be a Senior Project Manager at Bttr. starting in 2022.

Jocelyn McArthur began their education in 2004 at The University of Georgia, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Spanish, and Art Theirtory in 2008. Jocelyn then attended Christie's Education, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Theirtory of the Art Market, Modern Art, and Connoisseurship in 2009. In 2014, they attended the NYU School of Professional Studies for Project Management.
