Nicole H.

Nicole H. has been in the work force since 2010, gaining experience in a variety of roles. Nicole started out as a Producer at PAVE Creative Group, then moved on to Big Spaceship in the same role. In 2011, they became a Project Manager at {e} house studio and then in 2012, a Partner, Director of Production and Client Services at Cobble Hill. After that, they held the role of Executional Mastermind at Motive: A Project WorldWide Agency in 2013. In 2014, they became a Senior Project Manager at Blue State Digital and then in 2015, a Senior Delivery Manager, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), SAFe SPC at Universal Mind. In 2018, they began working as a Freelance Consultant at Vagabond Collective and in 2021, they took on the role of General Manager at Product Inc. Most recently, they have been the Head of Projects at Bttr.

Nicole H. received a BSBA in Business/Marketing from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Appalachian State University from 1996 to 1998. Nicole also holds two certifications, Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM) and Scaled Agile Framework\u00ae (SAFe\u00ae) Program Consultant (SPC).
