Scott Oestreich

Scott Oestreich has worked in the engineering and manufacturing fields for over 25 years. From 1992 to 2000, they worked as a Production Supervisor for Shafer Electronics. In 2000, they moved to Juki Automation Systems as a Customer Service Engineer. In 2007, they joined BTW, Inc., where they held the roles of Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, and Production Supervisor. As Senior Manufacturing Engineer, they were responsible for all Manufacturing and Distribution operations, as well as Manufacturing support functions, and managed manufacturing-related projects.

Scott Oestreich attended Minneapolis College from 1989 to 1991, where they studied Automation Systems (Robotics). Scott also holds a Certified SMT Process Engineer certification from the Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA).
