Chenyao Yuan

Chenyao Yuan is an M&A Analyst at Versailles Group, Ltd., responsible for conducting in-depth research, financial modeling, and competitor analysis to support merger and acquisition engagements. As a Junior Analyst at BU Finance & Investment Club, Chenyao performed extensive research on the Aerospace Industry and evaluated the financial reports of Aersale. Previous experience includes an IB Summer Analyst role at China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd., where Chenyao conducted due diligence and market analysis on tech manufacturing companies. Additionally, as a Marketing Specialist for BUCSSA, Chenyao negotiated collaborations and monitored contract compliance. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at Questrom School of Business, Boston University, Chenyao's background also includes serving as a Peer Mentor to help new students adjust to college life.
