Tiffany Hawks has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Tiffany started their career in 2011 as a Senior Recruiter at Corinthian Colleges, Inc. where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Pearson Embanet as a Lead Enrollment Advisor and stayed there until 2015. Later, they joined Shamrock Foods Company - Shamrock Farms Dairy as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are associated with Bubbies Ice Cream & Desserts, where they started as the Director of Human Resources in 2017 and later became the Vice President of Human Resources in May 2019.

Tiffany Hawks pursued their education in a methodical and progressive manner. Tiffany began their academic journey in 2005 at Northern Arizona University, where they completed a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology between 2005 and 2009. Building on their undergraduate education, Tiffany enrolled at Grand Canyon University from 2011 to 2014, obtaining a Master's of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In 2018, they returned to Grand Canyon University to enhance their knowledge further, completing a Post-Graduate Certificate in Psychology - Professional Life Coaching in 2020. Tiffany's educational background showcases their dedication to the field of psychology and highlights their ongoing pursuit of specialized expertise.
