Christina N. has a diverse work experience, beginning with their current role as HR Engagement & Team Culture Manager at Bubble Gum Interactive since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Community and Support Manager at VR Realms from 2020. Also in 2020, Christina worked as a Senior Recruiter at Randstad, where they sourced resumes of qualified candidates, conducted phone interviews, set up interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and provided recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques. From 2019 to 2020, they were an Administrative and Logistics Officer at Salcedo Auctions, where they performed a variety of administrative support tasks, acted as office coordinator, coordinated and oversaw administration and logistics staff, monitored delegated tasks, and managed and arranged the shipment of auction items. Lastly, from 2015 to 2019, Christina was a Team Leader at MicroSourcing, where they provided continual evaluation of processes and procedures, suggested methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service, and provided statistical and performance feedback and coaching.
