Russell Nevers is a Senior Counsel at Buchalter, focusing on employment litigation, contract disputes, and trade secret issues. They previously served as a Litigation Partner at Freeman | Lovell, PLLC and as a Litigation Attorney at Mitchell Barlow & Mansfield, P.C. Russell began their legal career as a Law Clerk at Nevers, Palazzo, Maddux & Packard, PLC and First National of Nebraska, and they have also worked as a Business and Employment Attorney at Gibson Ferrin, PLC, and at Corvus Law Group. They earned a Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Utah.
