Chip Walker-Wilson

Chip Walker-Wilson is the VP of Legal at Ossium Health. Chip has previously served as Senior Director, Legal Counsel at Cytokinetics from January 2018 to December 2021, Senior Counsel at Dynavax Technologies Corporation from January 2014 to December 2018, and Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from January 2006 to December 2008.

Chip provides legal and business advice concerning various types of agreements, including clinical trial, contract research organization (CRO), sponsored research, research services, vendor services, software as a service (SaaS), licensing, manufacturing, health care professional (HCP), consulting, collaboration, quality, material transfer, recruiting and confidentiality agreements. Chip also counsels executive management and their teams regarding clinical operations, human subject protection in clinical trials, biometrics, research, non-clinical development (NCD), informatics, regulatory affairs, data privacy, human resources, information technology, medical affairs, business development and other matters.

Chip Walker-Wilson has a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and a minor in Rhetoric. Chip also has a Doctor of Law from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.

Chip Walker-Wilson reports to Kevin Caldwell, Co-Founder, President & CEO. They are on a team with Jacob Carstensen - Senior Sales Manager, W. Scott Goebel - Medical Director, and Abby Brar - Senior Donor Manager.
