David Cellitti

David Cellitti is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently a Shareholder, Board Member, and Co-Leader of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC since July 2022, David previously held the position of Partner at Quarles & Brady LLP from May 2015 to July 2022. Prior to that, David was also a Partner at Dykema Gossett PLLC, where leadership of the M&A Subgroup was a key responsibility from July 2001 to May 2015. David Cellitti earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds a law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School, graduating in 2000. Additionally, David is pursuing a certificate from the Kellogg School of Management's Leadership Program at Northwestern University, commenced in 2016.
