Rhonda Fulginiti

Rhonda Fulginiti is an accomplished litigation attorney with over 30 years of experience, including more than 12 years at Am Law 100 law firms. Currently serving as the Manager of Legal Recruiting for Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, Fulginiti manages national recruitment for 15 offices, focusing on lateral and associate hiring. Additionally, Fulginiti holds a position on the Board of Governors for the Philadelphia Bar Association and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Widener University Delaware Law School. Previous roles include Of Counsel and Partner at Cozen O'Connor, where Fulginiti specialized in commercial litigation, as well as experience in family law and real estate litigation.
