Dana Williams

Dana Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and legal recruiting. Currently serving as the Manager of Legal Recruiting at Ropes & Gray LLP since May 2024, Dana previously held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Vynamic, where valuable recruitment strategies were implemented for global health organizations. Prior roles include recruitment management at EF Educational Tours, overseeing full-cycle recruiting and building strong relationships with stakeholders, as well as earlier positions in admissions and sales at Hobart and William Smith Colleges and The Bozzuto Group. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Public Policy, graduated Cum Laude from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School.
