Jen Franklin

Jen Franklin brings 10 years of the project, product, and service management experience to the BCforward team delivering services across entrepreneurial start-up and large-scale enterprise environments. Jen takes pride in building and developing high-performance teams focused on developing solutions to assist clients in executing their business objectives by adapting processes, services, technology, and resources to achieve outcomes. She’s proud of the high level of service excellence BCforward teams have achieved. A proud Boilermaker, Jen graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a Minor in Communication from Purdue University. She currently resides in Morgan County with her husband and their three daughtaJen Franklin joined BCforward in 2008 and has most recently managed the Buildforward Business Unit. As EVP/COO, Jen takes pride in building and developing an operational framework aligned with business targets and driving customer experience outcomes to enable sustainable growth of the business. Additionally, she cross-functionally leads the Executive Committee at BCforward to deliver cost-beneficial solutions that improve scalability with enhanced efficiency and data.

Jen first served BCforward as a consultant in Quality Assurance and later expanded responsibilities to lead BCforward’s QA Managed Services, Project Management Office, and technology projects. To support the scalability of BCforward’s services, she developed a talent acquisition strategy implemented alongside a professional development focus.

Externally, Jen represents BCforward as a Board Member with TechPoint, supporting diverse talent development and retention in Indiana through the Tech Employee Advisory Council, Women in STEM at IUPUI, the Mira Awards, and the Xtern Program. A proud Boilermaker, Jen graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Minor in Communication from Purdue University.
