Aziz Karim

Aziz Karim has a diverse work experience in the field of database administration and IT operations. Aziz started their career as a DBA at Eli Lilly and Company in 2005 and then worked at Perpetual Technologies, Inc. as an SQL DBA from 2011 to 2013. Aziz then joined Bloom Insurance as a Senior SQL DBA and Architect, where they successfully migrated a large SQL 0205 to SQL 2012 and troubleshooted performance issues. In 2018, they worked as an Azure SQL and Systems Admin as a contractor, and later joined BCforward as a Senior DBA and IT Operations Team Lead, where they designed and supported a large SQL migration to Azure using upgrade advisor and monitored server and query performance.

Aziz Karim obtained a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University at Kingsville during the academic year 1991-1992.
