Carla Uycoque

Carla Uycoque, MBA, PMP, currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Ivy Tech Community College, instructing in Computer Technology classes. Since January 2021, Carla has been a Consultant Solution Train Engineer and SAFe and Agile Instructor at BCforward, focusing on implementing Agile methodologies for a major pharmaceutical company. Previously, Carla held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at Harsco Environmental and Stericycle, leading large teams and driving initiatives such as the Voice of the Customer program and Continuous Improvement events. Carla began a career in technology as a Senior Programmer at Dugdale Communications and progressed through various roles, including Systems Analyst at Navient, demonstrating expertise in application delivery and database management. Carla holds an MBA from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Purdue University.
